Becker has acquired the North American coil coatings business of Sherwin-Williams and related assets. The business will be integrated into Becker Specialty Corp., a Chicago-based subsidiary of AB Wilh. Becker.
Becker Specialty Corp. produces custom-formulated coil coatings for metal applications. In addition to Chicago, the company has manufacturing facilities in the Los Angeles metropolitan area.
