WESEL, Germany – The specialty chemicals Group ALTANA has signed an agreement to acquire the Color Chemie Group. The chemical company, headquartered in Büdingen, Hesse, Germany, mainly produces environmentally friendly, water-based specialty printing inks and offers related services to its customers.
