SHANGHAI, CHINA – BASF is establishing a new Polyurethane Solutions System House in western China. The new system house will be located in Chongqing, where BASF also plans to build a MDI plant. It will have local production with sales, technical service and development personnel and will start its first services by 2012.
BASF has also inaugurated a new section of its Technical Competence Center for intermediates at its Shanghai Pudong site.
