ADDISON, IL — The Cary Co. has acquired the Horton-Earl Co., based in St. Paul. Both companies are distributors and sales agents serving the coatings, ink, adhesives, plastics, rubber, and related industries.
The Cary Co. said Jeff Gundry, who has worked for Horton-Earl Co. for more than 20 years, will remain with Cary’s Horton-Earl Division as regional sales representative. Peter Hoeffel will provide consulting services to the Cary Co., assisting in the transfer of customers and suppliers, the company said.
