WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Chemcraft Holdings Corp. has entered into an agreement with Inchem Holdings International Ltd. The agreement provides Chemcraft with a minority position in Inchem along with an arrangement to exchange product technologies.

Inchem is based in Singapore and has ownership of coating manufacturers in Malaysia, Vietnam and China. Inchem plans to use its association with Chemcraft to improve its technology base, primarily relating to American-style finishes for furniture.
