Air Products Polymers LP, Lehigh Valley, PA, a joint venture of Air Products and Chemicals Inc. and Wacker-Chemie GmbH, announced plans to build a "world-scale" vinyl acetate-ethylene emulsions facility in Brazil. The plant, expected to begin production in 2003, will supply emulsions to the region's growing adhesives market, the company said.
