(HCI) announced a joint-venture agreement under which HCI will purchase a 50% stake in Chemcentral's Mexican chemical-distribution company. The joint-venture company will operate under the name HCI/Chemcentral de Mexico S.A. de CV. The venture business has operations in Mexico City, Monterrey and Guadalajara, Mexico.
