David Brookfield, the previous President of Brookfield Engineering Laboratories, has accepted the position of Chairman of the Board.

David Brookfield, the previous President of Brookfield Engineering Laboratories, has accepted the position of Chairman of the Board following the resignation of Louis DiCorpo. David Brookfield will continue to serve as the CEO of Brookfield Engineering Laboratories and will continue to lead Brookfield Research & Product Development. Donald W. Brookfield Jr. has been appointed to the position of President. He will also continue in his role as Director of Sales, Marketing and Human Resources.
