The Dow Chemical Company, Midland, Mich., announced that Horacio Percossi has been named business vice president for the Specialty Chemicals business portfolio. He will continue to report to Romeo Kreinberg, executive vice president of Dow's Performance Plastics and Chemicals portfolio. Percossi was previously business vice president of Dow Latex. Janet Giesselman, vice president of Corporate Affairs for Dow AgroSciences (DAS), will move into Percossi former position. She also will report to Romeo Kreinberg. Both Percossi and Giesselman will transition to their new roles during the fourth quarter of 2006.
