MoreThe Dow Chemical Co. (Dow) announced that effective immediately or as individual contract terms allow, it will raise the price of vinyl acetate monomer (VAM) in all regions of the world. The increase is in response to the current climate of unprecedented energy and raw material costs.
VAM prices will increase by U.S. $ 0.04 per pound in North America and by U.S. $90 per metric ton in all other regions of the world.
