PITTSBURGH – Eason Paint Public Company Ltd. and Watson Standard Company have signed contracts for the formation of a joint venture between the two companies. The new company, which will trade under the name Eason Watson Coating Ltd., will manufacture a range of specialized coatings for the metal packaging industry, designed to complement Eason Paint’s strong position in the local market.
