GAITHERSBURG, MD -- Fusion UV Systems Inc. announced that Mark Tilley will become Vice President for Business Development. Before joining Fusion, Tilley was the President and CEO of Unidym Inc., a California-based company that developed electronic applications of carbon nanotube-based inks and films.
