ST. PAUL, MN – H.B. Fuller Co. has entered into an agreement to acquire Nordic Adhesives, a developer and manufacturer of flexible packaging adhesives, based in Buxtehude, Germany. The acquisition encompasses all Nordic business operations including the company’s product line and technical expertise.
