• Ribelin Sales, Inc., for coating resins and construction chemicals in the Southeast and Southwest United States;

• Dorsett & Jackson, Inc., for coating resins and construction chemicals on the West Coast (California and Nevada);

• The J. F. Shelton Company for coating resins and construction chemicals in the Pacific Northwest;

• Stochem Specialty Chemicals (Division of Univar Canada Limited) for coating resins for Canada; and

• Northspec Chemicals Corp. for construction chemicals in Canada.
