The purchase includes all Futura manufacturing and packaging operations, which will be relocated to ITW-Devcon’s operations in Danvers, MA, and ITW Foamseal in Oxford, MS. Customer-service and research and development functions will be relocated to a new facility in the St. Louis area.

ITW-Devcon is a manufacturer of urethane, epoxy and methacrylate products, including coatings, adhesives, sealants and linings for repair, maintenance, and industrial and marine applications. Devcon is part of ITW Performance Polymers, an international business group of Illinois Tool Works, based in Glenview, IL.

Futura is a manufacturer of polyurethane and polyurea coatings, elastomers and structural resins, and also produces epoxies, primers, waterborne systems and other specialty coatings.
