DEERFIELD, IL - Skip Klatt, long-time VP of Sales for American Chemet, passed away November 21, 2011, after an 18-month battle with lymphoma and leukemia. Klatt was an owner of American Chemet Corp., Deerfield, IL, and its subsidiary Royal Metal Powders, serving on its boards and committees for more than 30 years. His vision and enthusiasm for the company led its successful growth and diversification efforts during the past two decades.
