Arch Chemicals Inc. has elected two Executive Vice Presidents to its senior leadership team. Joe Shaulson will have responsibility for the global operations of Arch’s Industrial Biocides, Personal Care Ingredients and Performance Products businesses. Luis Fernandez-Moreno will be responsible for the global operations of the company’s HTH Water Products and Wood Protection businesses.
