BARCELONA, Spain - Nubiola Inorganic Pigments has successfully finalized the expansion of its global ultramarines manufacturing capacity. The upgraded capacity allows Nubiola to produce 16,000 tonnes per annum of ultramarine pigments, including blues, violets and pinks. The expansion amounts to an increase of 25 percent in capacity and reinforces Nubiola’s position in the market. The company produces ultramarine pigments at production sites in four countries, Spain, Romania, Columbia and India.
