PERSTORP, Sweden - Perstorp has acquired the remaining 49% shareholding in Hansol Perstorp Co., Ltd., from Hansol Chemicals Co., Ltd. The name of the wholly owned Perstorp company will be Perstorp Chemicals Korea Co., Ltd. In conjunction with the share purchase, Perstorp has also acquired additional land from Hansol Chemicals, which facilitates further expansion of the business in Korea.
