CINCINNATI – Pamela R. Butcher has been appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Pilot Chemical Co. Reporting to the Chairman and CEO Paul Morrisroe, Butcher has responsibility for the supervision and direction of all functions and operations in Pilot. Butcher comes to Pilot after a 29-year career with The Dow Chemical Co., where she held a range of executive leadership positions in business management, marketing and sales, and innovation and development.
