BRAMPTON, Canada – R.M. Ferguson has acquired Industrial Colours and Chemicals Ltd. (ICC). The transaction complements and builds on both companies’ strong market presence in graphic arts, coatings, rubber, plastics, adhesives and specialty care. The newly formed corporation will be headquartered at ICC’s chemical distribution facility in Brampton, Ontario, Canada.
