RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. - Reichhold, Prosim and Ege Kimya have jointly announced the creation of a strategic alliance in Turkey in the fields of saturated polyester resins for powder coatings and unsaturated polyester resins for composites applications.

Reichhold, Research Triangle Park, and Prosim, Istanbul, Turkey, have jointly formed Reichhold Turkey, which will market composites and powder coating resins in the Turkish market. Prosim has been involved in selling Reichhold products since 1999. Reichhold Turkey has signed a manufacturing agreement with Ege Kimya to source these products. Ege Kimya will upgrade its resin manufacturing plant in Adapazari, Turkey, to manufacture Reichhold products.
