ATLANTA, GA - ReNew Systems Group (RSG) has chosen Vicinity Manufacturing™ software to streamline business operations in its Eldorado, KS, headquarters. RSG develops and manufactures the latest in advanced specialty coatings using waterborne and nanoparticle technology. ReNew Systems group will implement Vicinity and Microsoft Dynamics™ GP to replace two nonintegrated software systems.

 

Vicinity Manufacturing hopes to aid RSG in its goal of creating the next generation of advanced chemical coatings and water-based solutions. Serving the aviation and marine industries since 1987, RSG specialty coating brands include ReNew Refinishing System, Insignia Specialty Coatings, Element One and ReNew Coatings. RSG has worked with companies such as NASA, Lockheed-Martin and Cessna Aviation.

 

Vicinity was selected to improve inventory and lot control, formulation and lab management, regulatory and compliance reporting, quality control results and tracking, and material cost planning. The selection of Vicinity, along with the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics GP, will integrate all aspects of ReNew’s manufacturing and business operations into a single cohesive ERP system.
