GLENDALE HEIGHTS, IL - Munters Moisture Control Services (MCS) Executive Russ Brown has been elected Vice President of the Executive Board of the Society for Protective Coatings (SSPC), a nonprofit association dedicated to the protection and preservation of concrete, steel and other industrial and marine structures and surfaces through the use of high-performance industrial coatings.

 

The association’s board of governors, which consists of 12 members who manage the organization, elected Brown to the position. He will serve as Vice President this year, President Elect in 2009 and as President in 2010. Brown has served on the SSPC board of governors since 2003.

 

Brown is National Sales Manager, Temporary Humidity Control Services, for MCS, a division of Munters AB, where he develops and implements strategic growth plans to build the temporary humidity control segment for MCS. He also manages key national accounts, creates marketing programs, fosters employee growth and institutes educational programs for MCS staff. He is based in Munters’ Indianapolis office.
