International Paint LLC, a division of Akzo Nobel, has hired Eric Shelton to serve as Senior Account Executive over protective coatings sales in St. Louis – West Territory consisting of Kansas, Nebraska, West Missouri and Southwest Iowa.

International Paint LLC, a division of Akzo Nobel, has hired Eric Shelton to serve as Senior Account Executive over protective coatings sales in St. Louis – West Territory consisting of Kansas, Nebraska, West Missouri and Southwest Iowa.

International Paint recruited Shelton to help direct the company’s long-term efforts for developing brand awareness and growth of International’s high-performance protective coatings sales in the industrial and commercial building markets throughout that region.

A coatings-industry veteran for more than 14 years, Shelton previously worked as an Industrial Coatings and Sales Representative at ICI Paints North America for nearly four years. Prior to that, he worked at Benjamin Moore & Co. as a Business Development Representative for five years. He is a NACE Certified Coatings Inspector #7563 and active member of the Society of Protective Coatings (SSPC), Painting & Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA) and Construction Specifications Institute (CSI).
