MADISON HEIGHTS, MI – Sika Corp., Madison Heights, MI, has appointed new personnel in the Research and Development Group.

Patricia Heidtman is now Vice President – R&D. Heidtman is responsible for managing activities centered in the Madison Heights location for the Automotive and Industry divisions. Heidtman will report to Steve Rosenberg, Senior Vice President R&D, and replaces Frank Hoefflin, Vice President R&D, Product Technology Director, who has taken a global role and will return to Switzerland.

Stephen Davis joins Sika Corp. as R&D Lab Manager responsible for the Automotive and Industry business units in Bulk Elastomeric Technologies.

Julie Sherman is now R&D Lab Manager. Sherman is responsible for development activities in the Sika Industry Business Unit and Productivity Group focused on elastomeric technologies.

Leslie Wolschleger is now R&D Group Leader. Wolschleger is responsible for development activities in the Automotive Business Unit for Thermoplastic technologies.

Davis, Sherman and Wolschleger report to Heidtman.
