TAMAQUA, Pa. - Silberline, manufacturer of special effect and performance pigments, has opened a new distribution center in Puebla, Mexico. The office will operate as a separate entity under the management of Ivan Diaz, country manager, and assisted by Edith Aguilar, administrative and logistics coordinator.
