PHILADELPHIA - Effective July 1, 2010, or as agreements allow, Southern Clay Products Inc. will increase prices for its paint and coatings additives in the Americas five to nine percent. This includes Claytone® and Tixogel® organoclays for solvent-based coatings and off-schedule prices for Optiflo® and Optigel® additives used in waterborne applications.
