MOUNT VERNON, NY — Spraylat Corp. has named Raymond T. Chlodney president. He was formerly director of Marketing and Strategic Planning for the Industrial Coatings Division of Lilly Industries Inc. Spraylat also announced that Michael E. Borner, formerly vice president, has been named CEO, and James E. Borner, formerly president and CEO, has been named chairman.
