The board of directors of Northern Coatings & Chemical Company, Inc., has elected Susan Ellie as vice president of finance and administration. Ellie has been with the company since 1990, in the position of finance and human resource manager. Ellie will be managing Human Resources, General Accounting, Banking and Insurance Vendor Relations.
