HELSINKI, Finland – Teknos has established a joint venture company with a local paint manufacturer in Russia. The new company is called Teknos Deco. Teknos is the majority shareholder.

 

Teknos Deco manufactures architectural coatings at production facilities in St. Petersburg, Russia. In addition, the company also imports Teknos architectural coatings to Russia, selling them via its own dealer network. The new company strengthens Teknos's architectural coating business significantly, widens the product portfolio and opens new distribution channels.
