With a production plant in St. Petersburg, Russia, OOO Tikkurila Powder Coatings sells and markets its products in Russia under the Ohtek brand. The transaction is subject to approval of regulatory authorities. After the transaction, Tikkurila will have no powder coatings-related operations.
