ADRIAN, Mich. - WACKER has opened a new technical center, located in Jandira, Brazil, which is being situated on the premises of the existing sales office and production facility. The opening of the new technical center serves to support the rapidly growing construction polymers and silicones business being realized in South America.

The focus of the Jandira technical center is specification testing, product analysis and formulation development. By joining its global counterparts in Germany, the United States, Russia, China and the United Arab Emirates, a strong technical support network will closely connect WACKER POLYMERS to its local customers and provide a regional resource for customized solutions.

The Jandira technical center, located in the state of Sao Paulo, will serve as the South American hub directed through the lead technical center for the Americas located in Adrian, Mich. Possessing the fundamental resources to support local businesses, the coordination between the Jandira facility and the lead center in Adrian is intended to fully optimize technical support service to WACKER customers.
