MD-Both Industries, suppliers of metallic inks and bronze and aluminum pigments, has been a joint venture arrangement between Wolstenholme International Ltd. (headquartered in England) and Carl Schlenk AG (headquartered in Germany) since 1982. After careful consideration, it has been decided that MD-Both Industries no longer serves the long term strategic interests of both of these two companies, and ceased trading on Wednesday, September 14. Each now operate independently in the North American market and will continue to support MD-Both's customers' businesses through each of its own operations in North America.
