VMC-300 Multi-Shaft Mixer for Complex Formulations
The VMC-300 multi-shaft mixer from ROSS integrates anchor, high-speed disperser, and axial flow turbine technologies to process complex and viscous formulations in industries such as coatings, adhesives, cosmetics, and specialty chemicals. It has a 300-gallon working capacity, stainless steel type 316 contact parts, and operates under full vacuum to 29.5" Hg and internal pressure up to 15 psig. The jacketed sidewall and bottom are rated to 140 psig for heating and cooling. Features include hinged Teflon® scrapers, dual disperser blades, turbine-driven circulation, a dual post lift system, and a touchscreen control panel with variable frequency drives.
