RPM International elected David Dennsteadt to executive vice president with responsibility for corporate administrative functions, including finance, legal, risk management, human resources, manufacturing and operations. Dennsteadt previously served as group president of the Performance Coatings Group and has held leadership roles across Stonhard and RPM since 1995.

Gregory Michael succeeds Dennsteadt as group president of the expanded Performance Coatings Group. Michael previously served as president of Stonhard, where he led long-term plans, operational improvements and record profitability. The company said the appointments align with a broader reorganization that transitions RPM from four reporting groups to three to increase collaboration and efficiency.

“Dave has been a transformational leader within the Performance Coatings Group,” said chairman and CEO Frank Sullivan, who added that Michael will drive continued growth and innovation.
