HORGEN, Switzerland - Dow Coating Materials will implement a price increase of 10 to 13 percent in Europe, including central and eastern Europe and Russia, for all emulsions sold to the architectural and industrial coatings markets. The increase, effective April 1 2010, or as contracts allow, will affect all acrylic and styrene-acrylic emulsions and opaque polymers.
