DUBAI, United Arab Emirates - Dubai International Capital LLC (DIC), a Dubai-based international investment company, has agreed to acquire Almatis from its current owners Rhône Capital and Ontario Teachers Pension Plan. DIC will be working closely with the existing Almatis management team to further support its global growth strategy.
