VAC-U-MAX Model 860 industrial vacuum cleaner has the power and filtration to move fine powders and dispose of them safely and without dust, making it useful for powder coating operations. The machine includes a continuous poly-bagging system for the collected powders so that operators can avoid having to dump round drums into square boxes, lift steel drums or wait for the maintenance crew to empty filled drums. Powders collected during a color change can be deposited back into the original cardboard carton with the polybag. The well-balanced 26”-wide frame with easy-rolling wheels allows the operator to reach all areas of the room. The system features a pulse filter cleaning system to allow longer vacuuming times and prevent clogged filters.
