Michael Horton, Vice President, Asia/Pacific Coatings, and General Manager, Automotive Refinish and Architectural Coatings, Asia/Pacific, has been named President, PPG Asia/Pacific, and Vice President, Automotive Refinish and Architectural Coatings, Asia/Pacific.
