WRIGHTSVILLE BEACH, NC — The LaQue Center for Corrosion Technology announced plans for the 52nd Sea Horse Institute, a marine-corrosion conference scheduled for Aug. 14-17 in Wrightsville Beach, NC.
The conference offers an open-dialogue format for the discussion of the use, performance, corrosion, and protection of materials in marine environments. Specific technical topics will include coatings; cathodic protection and other corrosion-control methods; atmospheric corrosion; and corrosion-testing techniques.
