ADCO Global has acquired all the outstanding stock of Tioga International and the assets of the ADCO Products division of Astor Corp.
RALEIGH, NC — ADCO Global Inc., a private company formed by Aurora Capital Group of Los Angeles to acquire companies in the adhesives, sealants and coatings industry, has acquired all the outstanding stock of Tioga International Inc. and the assets of the ADCO Products division of Astor Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of AlliedSignal Inc. Tioga International is the parent company of three operating units: Tioga Coatings Corp., a supplier of low-VOC liquid coatings for automotive and industrial applications; RuVan Inc., a producer of adhesives, sealants and caulks; and ProForm Inc., a manufacturer of thermoplastic and engineered-resin products. ADCO Products is a producer of roofing, automotive OEM products, automotive windshield replacement windows, and concrete pipe and vault products.
