CLEVELAND - Palmer Supplies Co., located in Cleveland, announced a merger with Harry Holland Co., based in Detroit, in a deal that combines two Midwestern regional distributors of resins, pigments, coatings and ink additives, specialty chemicals, and other materials.

The merged company has been named Palmer Holland Inc., and will retain its corporate offices in Cleveland and operate a regional office in the Detroit area. Other sales operations will be located elsewhere in the Midwest.
