The Board of Directors of the Federation of Societies for Coatings Technology (FSCT) has appointed Joseph S. Pontoski to the position of executive director of the organization. Employed by FSCT for over 10 years, Pontoski has been serving as FSCT chief operating officer with the added responsibilities of executive director since the resignation of Robert F. Ziegler earlier this year.
