SANTA CLARA, CA – RadTech, The Association for UV EB Technology, featured the environmental, economic, energy savings and performance benefits of UV and EB at uv.eb West 2011. Raghu Das, CEO of IDTech Ex, keynoted the conference with projections of significant growth areas and opportunities for new markets in electronics developments for UV and EB. In spite of a still-challenging business environment, the conference surpassed registration expectations, which helped establish uv.eb West as a leading West Coast event for announcing new products and R&D outcomes for this key technology area. A sold-out floor of exhibitions demonstrated many of the uses for uv.eb curing first hand.

Topics covered in the two days of sessions included coatings for functional, films and light management; adhesives, potting compounds and dielectrics; inks, paste and dielectric coatings; plus coatings for assembly and final products.
