NORTHBROOK, IL – Service Filtration Corp., or SERFILCO Ltd., has signed a letter of intent for the purchase of all assets of the Baron-Blakeslee Equipment Division of Enviro Tech International Inc., Melrose Park, IL. Baron-Blakeslee Equipment manufactures solvent vapor degreasing systems.

All products will continue to be manufactured at the Baron-Blakeslee facility in Williamstown, WV. New products will be added for aqueous and semi-aqueous industrial cleaning.

Silvio J. Pioli will head the company as General Manager, and all administrative functions will be directed from the company headquarters in Northbrook, IL.
