NORTHBROOK, IL - Service Filtration Corp., or SERFILCO Ltd., has signed a letter of intent for the purchase of all assets of the Baron-Blakeslee Equipment Division of Enviro Tech International Inc., Melrose Park, IL.

 

Baron-Blakeslee has manufactured solvent vapor degreasing systems for over 75 years. Its equipment is known for operating with efficiency and reliability.

 

All products will continue to be manufactured at the Baron-Blakeslee facility in Williamstown, WV. New products will be added for aqueous and semi-aqueous industrial cleaning, as well as a new dry cleaning machine for the commercial dry cleaning industry.

 

Silvio J. Pioli will head the company as General Manager. All administrative functions will be directed from the company headquarters in Northbrook, IL.
