The parent company of Vopak USA, Bellevue, WA, has changed the name of the business to Univar USA in a move that reflects Royal Vopak's creation of Univar NV, an independent chemical-distribution company. Univar has operations in the United States, Canada and 14 European countries through a network of 195 distribution centers.
