BALTIMORE — W.R. Grace & Co. has acquired the global Ludox colloidal silicas business of DuPont Co., a supplier of specialty additives for coatings and other products. Grace said the business, with approximately $30 million in annual sales, will be integrated into the company’s Davison Silica Products business.

The acquisition includes DuPont’s colloidal silicas manufacturing facility in East Chicago, IN.
