Sherwin-Williams High Performance Flooring received a 2025 Concrete Contractor Top Products Award for Accelera® One, a clear urethane grout and topcoat designed to enhance speed, durability and chemical resistance in decorative concrete systems.

Accelera One was introduced in 2024 and features proprietary ultra-high solids urethane chemistry to provide up to 20 minutes of open time and cure for foot traffic in about two hours. It supports application of both grout and topcoat within a single shift and is used in occupied or sensitive environments such as healthcare, education and food processing.

The coating is integrated across eight Sherwin-Williams High Performance Flooring systems and is engineered for gloss retention and chemical durability under aggressive cleaning regimens.
